In Colà di Lazise, a small town in the hinterland of Lake Garda in Veneto, the discovery of hot water turned out to be an extraordinary event. The proximity of the thermal baths of Colà has made the Residence "Corte San Carlo" a holiday residence since before 1800, as it is located in a panoramic area amidst olive groves and vineyards. Colà di Lazise, a small village of about 1,000 inhabitants, 1 km from Lake Garda has a wide range of services. A small, but well-stocked supermarket can be found in Colà, as well as a bank, post office, restaurant, pizzeria, bar/cafeteria and hairdresser's

In the direct vicinity are the Terme di Colà, which can also be reached on foot. There are ideal routes for cycling, walks starting from our facility in the hinterland or along the lake. Golf courses in the direct vicinity, possibilities for horse riding (directly on the lake), as well as amusement parks such as Gardaland, Sealife (Aquarium), Aquaparadise (Canevaworld), Movieland park, "Natura VIVA" park (Zoo-Safari), Sigurtà garden park and the oil museum. The cable car in Malcesine takes you in only 10 minutes to the top of Monte Baldo with its spectacular panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Garda.

The beautiful city of Verona with its historical monuments is definitely worth a visit. The thousand-year history of the city, made famous by Shakespeare's story "Romeo and Juliet" with its famous balcony, the ARENA Romana which hosts the famous Arona festival in summer, Castelvecchio, the Basilica of San Zeno, can be reached in 30 minutes. The city of Venice is 120 km away from Colà and can be reached by train or car or organised by Touroperator.

In the residence "Corte San Carlo" you can find an ideal facility for a holiday with your motorbike or bicycle. Lake Garda offers wonderful views along the quiet roads in the hinterland of the moraine hills and the lake all year round. You can organise your holiday or book short periods with friends; in the evenings you can enjoy excellent dinners in traditional trattorias tasting our gastronomic specialities paired with local wines. Your motorbike or bicycle can be safely parked in our garage.
